  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • You may return accessory or merchandise items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

    • The following categories are non-refundable and all sales are final:

      • TCG cards (raw singles)

      • Graded cards, sticker, packs and memorabilia.

      • Sealed products: booster packs, booster boxes, premium collection boxes, ETB's, UPC's and any other product that is factory sealed. 

      • Mystery "Galaxy" Boxes.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      • Contact our customer support team via the CONTACT US section on our website.

      • Provide details about your purchase, including the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

      • Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Condition of Returned Items:

    • Returned items must be in unused and original condition.

    • Ensure that all packaging, tags, and labels are intact.

  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
